Our dedication to oil pressing
Founded in 1902 (Meiji 35). We press our oils with the traditional pressing method using only pressure, taking time and care to process each on meticulously. That is the secret to a rich flavour that has remained the same for over 120 years.
We aim for sustainable manufacturing that is kind to both people and the environment, utilising the technical expertise honed through our dedication to oil production, such as using the crops that was grown from a fertiliser made from byproduct of oil pressing (oil cake) and recycling used cooking oil into biodiesel fuel. We also support Japanese agricultural industry by using domestically produced raw materials.
