Corn oil contains natural lecithin, which is usually removed during the refining process. マルタ機能油 contains lecithin by adjusting the degree of refinement.
It has an amulsifying function due to the lecithin content but as it is a natural corn-derived lecithin, therefore additive labelling is not required.
