One of the most influential dietary styles as a cause of shortened healthy life expecancy due to lifestyle-related diseases is lack of nuts and seeds intake.
In other countries, nuts are recognised as a food that should be actively consumed.
Our almond oil is pressed using traditional methods. Almond meal, a by-product of this process, is a concentrated source of nutrients. It contains protein and fibre comparable to soy bean and has one of the highest levels of iron in seeds. However, almond meal has 40% less calories than the almond seeds.
We would like to promote a eco-friendly 'new ingredient' through almond meal.
