Zea Mays (Corn) Germ Oil
コーン白絞油
This oil is extracted and refined from corn germ using the pressure extraction method. Corn has been cultivated in Central America for approximately 5,000 years and is currently grown mainly in the USA and China as one of the three major cereals along with rice and wheat. It is said to have been introduced to Japan via Europe during the Azuchi-Momoyama period (1568-1600).
