The well-known historical warlord Tokugawa Ieyasu.
He was also famous for his longevity, and it is said that the secret of his longevity lay in his diet,
with his favourites being nutritious barley rice, soybean miso and other local products from Okazaki City.

OTA OIL is located in Okazaki City, Aichi, the birthplace of Ieyasu.
「おかざきラー油」 and 「おかざきおかず味噌」, which can be served over rice,
are available in packages with the family crest of Mitsuba-Aoi, the symbol of the Tokugawa family,
as well as 「なたね油（金・赤）」, which is pressed using traditional methods.

  The spicy chilli oil and thick miso are addictive and tasty.
  Our pressed rapeseed oil and Okazaki traditional miso* are used.
  Please serve over rice or side dishes.

  *Okazaki traditional miso: 50% of miso from Hatcho Miso Limited Partnership and 50% of miso from Maruya Hatcho Miso Co., Ltd. is used.

  An appetising side dish miso with Japanese rapeseed seeds. Okazaki traditional miso* is used.
  It is recommended to be served over rice, or spread on fish or meat and grilled.

  *Okazaki traditional miso: 7% of miso from Hatcho Miso Limited Partnership and 7% of miso from Maruya Hatcho Miso Co., Ltd. is used.
